I led the design and visual development of Lagardère’s tender submissions, collaborating closely with the Business Development team to translate commercial objectives into compelling, design-led presentations. I crafted layouts, visuals, and storytelling frameworks that were both brand-aligned and strategically persuasive, making complex information clear, engaging, and visually impactful. Every design decision—from hierarchy and composition to imagery and typography—was made to strengthen the narrative and showcase Lagardère Travel Retail’s vision. This creative authorship directly enhanced the persuasiveness of our pitches, contributing to the successful acquisition of prime airport retail spaces.

The Lagardère tender required a submission that clearly communicated the joint venture between Campos and Lagardère, with a particular emphasis on coffee and expanded food offerings. I carefully reviewed the bid requirements to understand the parameters and how far I could push the design while remaining compliant. I led the creation of a visually structured document that highlighted the coffee-focused experience, using layout, imagery, and hierarchy to make the proposal clear, engaging, and on-spec. Every design decision was made to showcase the partnership’s strengths, align with the bid criteria, and present a professional, compelling vision that strengthened our chances of success.
